Dr. Richard Kamwi has recently been elected as the new President of the Society for AIDS in Africa Executive Council, a remarkable achievement that not only reflects his decades of dedication to healthcare but also places Namibia at the forefront of continental efforts in the fight against HIV/AIDS and other public health challenges.
With over 35 years of experience in the health sector, including serving as Namibia’s former Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr. Kamwi has played a critical role in championing malaria elimination and strengthening healthcare systems across Africa.
